In the majority of cases, we are able to perform successful restorations, however, in the rare event that we are unable to do so, you will never be charged for any non-restored items. Guaranteed. In the aftermath of a fire or flood, it can be difficult to step back and attend to the logistical side of the painful ordeal. At Jan’s, we understand that and we're here to take care of it for you. We’ll work directly with your insurance company to perform a thorough, room-by-room inventory and compile a comprehensive record of all salvageable items to be restored. We'll also provide a follow-up overview of any non-salvageable items considered “total losses”, with detailed individual descriptions of each item, including any brand names, to ensure you can accurately assess replacement costs and can close your claims as quickly as possible.
